Join Sedona Fair Inc for the 12th annual

Sedona WineFest

Featuring wineries from all over Arizona. It is a two-day celebration, held in one great big circus tent, allowing for a weatherproof event. Food, Art and Music AND Fun!

WHAT WE’RE ASKING OF WINERIES:

  • Bring your own popup or tent to set up inside the big top, you will have a 10’x10’ space to set up. (no double booths will be offered this year)Bring your own tables, chairs, linens, décor, and company merchandising items.
  • Provide your own ice and coolers for storage.
  • Provide enough Winery staff to manage your tent for 2 days (2 people minimum).
  • Provide 1-ounce metered wine samples for the 2-day festival.
  • Donate 2 bottles of wine for the Wine Pull. 
  • Provide a high-resolution company logo.
  • Your efforts towards marketing this event to your wine clubs and email contacts.

WHAT’S PROVIDED TO YOU:

  • Wineries will receive a $1 reimbursement per ticket for the wine tastings.
  • Promotions and Marketing by Sedona Fair Inc., Dawning Public Relations and Cellar Door Unhinged LLC
  • Rack Cards and digital posters to engage your own audiences.
  • Indoor space provided for your tent; a 10’ x 10’ space.
  • Staff badges, wine glasses & tasting tickets for winery staff working the event.
  • Overnight security will be onsite Friday and Saturday nights.
