Join Sedona Fair Inc for the 11th Annual Sedona WineFest This is one of the largest wine festivals held in the State of Arizona. Featuring wineries from Northern and Southern Arizona. It is a two-day celebration, held in one great big circus tent, allowing for a weather proof event. Food, Art and Music AND Fun!


  • Staff to manage your booth space for 2 days (2 people minimum)
  • Provide ample samples for both days (attendance will be high, expected 2,000 total)
  • Bring your own linens, décor and company merchandising items
  • Donate something to the raffle (contact Pam Collins
  • Provide a high-resolution company logo
  • Your efforts towards marketing this event to your email contacts, social media and website

  • Rack Cards and digital posters to engage your own audiences
  • Indoor Tent space provided; 10’ x 10’ booth space, (you can request a second space below in the application)
  • One 6’ table and two chairs
  • Staff badges, discounted wine tasting glasses and tasting tickets for staff working the event

  • Vendor parking is permitted overnight on Friday and Saturday
  • Early setup on Friday 27th is allowed between the hours of 2:00PM - 6:00PM
  • please notify Paula if you plan on setting up early.
  • Day of setup is between the hours of 7:00AM - 10:00
  • All vendor vehicles must be parked in vendor parking by 10:15AM
  • Security will be posted overnight on both Friday and Saturday nights. Please do not leave money in your booth space overnight


SEDONA WINEFEST 2019 WINERY PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between YOUR COMPANY (the “Company”) and Sedona Winefest (“SWF”).

SEDONA WINEFEST 2019 WINERY PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between YOUR COMPANY (the “Company”) and Sedona WineFest (“SWF”).

IN CONSIDERATION of mutual promises and covenants herein contained, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Company and SWF agree as follows: The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence upon full signature of this Agreement by the parties and terminate immediately following conclusion of the Sedona WineFest 2019 event which is scheduled to conclude September 29, 2019.

SWF RESPONSIBILITIES: Upon execution of this Agreement by the parties and receipt of good funds by SWF in the amount of booth space fees received, SWF will initiate steps to provide: For the Two days – September 28 -29, 2019

    • All Fees paid to City of Sedona for Temporary Business License and Processing Fees.
    • One 10’X10’ Booth space.
    • One 6’ table and Two chairs.
    • Company Name, Logo and Website displayed on Sedona WineFest Official website.
    • Company Name, Logo and Website posted on Social Media sights.
    • Product Sampling/Product Display Booth/Product Sales.
    • If final payment in full has not been received by SWF by July 20, 2019 reserved space may be offered to another winery. There are no refunds.
  1. RIGHTS. The Company shall be granted the right to use the name of SWF in conjunction with its efforts to generate awareness of the event pursuant to this Agreement. The Company’s use of the SWF name shall be strictly limited to the promotion of the event.
  2. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. The Company, including the individual signing below on behalf of the Company, has full power and authority to enter into and perform this Agreement. The execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby have been duly and validly authorized. This Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding agreement of the Company and is enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms. The Company hereby agrees that it and any employees, agents or contractors it may employ or utilize shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances,rules and regulations of any governmental authority and with any rules or regulations promulgated by SWF.
  3. INDEMNIFICATION. The Company covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold SWF and its respective officers, directors, employees, affiliated entities, and sponsors (and their respective officers, directors and employees) (collectively, the “SWF Indemnities”) harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, damages,expenses, judgments, awards, petitions, demands or liabilities (including without limitation reasonable counsel fees whether incurred in preparation for trial, at trial, on appeal or in bankruptcy proceedings), joint or several, to which any of SWF Indemnities may become subject (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or in connection with:
    1. The Company's breach of its obligations under this Agreement
    2. The negligence or willful misconduct by the Company or its officers, directors, employees, contractors or agents in connection with the performance of the Company's obligations under this Agreement,except to the extent that any such Claim arises from the negligence or willful misconduct of SWF
    3. Any aspect of the development, implementation, promotion, and operation of a sweepstakes or a raffle
  4. Company RESPONSIBILITIES: Company understands that the “Vendor Registration Form” is a part of this agreement and its completion is necessary for SWF to provide Company with electrical, water and additional equipment. Company takes sole responsibility for Company’s “materials”, including but not limited to, its products,brochures, advertising, certificates, displays, signage, tools and supplies and for the shipment, receipt, storage, installation, security, safety and removal thereof. SWF and its staff assume no responsibility what-so- ever for any of Company’s materials. Company Materials not removed from the event site by 7 p.m. the final day of the event become the property of SWF and may be disposed of in any manner. This provision shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
