The most useful message is a correction. Wine country details drift out of date quickly: a tasting room moves down the road, a vineyard is sold, a grape gets pulled out and replanted with another. If a piece puts a winery in the wrong town, gives the wrong year for an appellation or names a variety a region does not grow, write in with the page and the right fact, plus a source if there is one to hand. Growers and winery staff who find a mistake about their own business are welcome to write as well. Confirmed errors are corrected on the page itself.

Some questions cannot be answered here. The site has no tie to any wine event, so it has nothing to say about admission, dates or refunds for one. It does not book visits, arrange transport or recommend wineries in private.

There is no form on the site. Every message is read, but a reply may take a while or may not come at all, and whatever arrives is kept for replying and nothing else, as the privacy page explains.
