General information only

Monsoon Vintage offers general information about Arizona wine, its regions, its grapes and the business of visiting wineries. None of it is professional advice on buying, growing, investing in or selling wine, and none of it is written with any particular reader’s circumstances in mind.

Dated, and sometimes out of date

Every piece is accurate, as far as care allows, on the date it shows. Tasting fees, opening hours, reservation rules and even whether a tasting room still exists can all change afterward. Confirm anything that matters with the winery before driving out. Where the site is wrong, an email through the contact page is the quickest way to get it fixed.

Drinking and driving

The pages are written for adults of legal drinking age, which is 21 in the United States. Nothing here is a suggestion to drink more than is sensible. Wineries in Arizona are often far apart and reached on rural highways, so anyone tasting should arrange a sober driver, a tour service or a ride before the day starts, and never get behind the wheel after drinking.
